1. In the conditions of sale the ‘Seller’ means Pig Style Ltd, and the ‘buyer’ means the person placing the order, or the person placing the order on behalf of their company or client.

2. These conditions of sale together with the instructions contained in the quotation and the acceptance of the quotation constitutes the entire contract between the buyer and the seller.

3. All quotations by the ‘seller’ will include all costs including packaging, delivery and or fitting charges, with v.a.t included at the prevailing rate.

4. The ‘buyer’ must sign and date the quotation acceptance which will be regarded as binding.

5. The ‘buyer’ will be required to send a 50% deposit with their instruction to proceed with the order. Once funds are cleared work will commence.

6. The remainder of the balance must be paid for in advance of delivery or on fitting date.

7. Payment can be made by cheque, bacs or credit card.

8. No alterations can be accepted once work has commenced, if the company can assist in changing sizes it will do so, however the ‘buyer’ will incur any additional costs as a result.

9. There is no minimum order quantity.

10. The ‘seller’ will not be held responsible for any delays resulting, from other sources including fabric companies, or delivery companies failing to deliver.

11. All fabric sent to the company must be clearly marked with the clients name, quotation reference and window/room reference.

12. The ‘seller’ cannot guarantee colour matching on finished product (e.g. paint and stains) although every effort will be made to ensure the accuracy of the finished colour.

13. The ‘buyer’ must clearly specify manufacturer’s codes; names and finish (i.e. matt, satinwood, gloss) required in order to precisely match the colour.

14. The ‘seller’ cannot guarantee against fading especially as a result of exposure to sunlight. Our goods are not guaranteed against extreme damp or variable conditions.

15. All goods must be checked for size, colour and internal panel correctness prior to installations. The ‘seller’ cannot accept responsibility in circumstances where the buyer is not at the installation address. (E.g. clear instructions must be left for installation purpose) all errors must be reported to the seller within 5 days.

16. No liability will be accepted by the seller for goods fitted by and inexperienced person.

17. The ‘seller’ gives no warranty for misuse other than an internal window treatment as surveyed by the company.

18. The ‘seller’ will not be held responsible for any failure to delivery on time due to mechanical breakdown, weather conditions, traffic delays or a third party delivery service.
